My alpha lady dog and I were having a discussion, unknown to us, Dad was listening at the door. He came in an broke up the discussion, it was over food. Ellie backed off, and I got a treat for being alpha and not doing more than growling at her. Then she got a treat for letting me have the food. This couldn't be happening, Ellie had good treats, and mine were finished, so I took hers away, well she wasn't happy, and Dan (my human boy came in to see Ellie eating), and took the food off her and gave it to me. Very smart, wrong, Mom heard the discussion and mentioned it to Dad later. Dad said I didn't have a treat when he left, so I had gotten Ellies treat from Dan. Everyone knew I was in control of the pack, but didn't know how I kept it as I am blind and partially deaf. Now they know about my gifts, so I'll have to change my control methods. Any ideas? BJ  |
